Where do you deliver?
We deliver across northern and central New Jersey — including Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Essex, Union and Monmouth counties and parts of Morris and Middlesex — and all five New York City boroughs, plus nearby parts of Nassau County. Enter your ZIP in the Delivery section to check your address.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE in Paterson, Passaic, Clifton, Haledon, Elmwood Park, Woodland Park and Fair Lawn. In the rest of New Jersey it's $5.99 per order, and in New York it's $7.99 per order, however many bottles you order.
When will my water arrive?
Every order arrives within 1–3 business days, and most arrive the next business day. We deliver between 8am and 8pm, and we'll always contact you to confirm your delivery.
What's the difference between Refill and New bottle?
Refill: we swap your empty 5-gallon bottle for a full one. New bottle: for when you don't have an empty to exchange — it costs $8 more, which is the price of the bottle. The bottle is yours, and on future deliveries we simply swap it for a full one.
Which water is right for me?

What's included in the cooler offer?
Buy an Avalon bottom-loading hot & cold water cooler and get 10 five-gallon bottles of Grace Spring Water free. The bottle loads into the cabinet at the bottom, so there's no heavy jug to lift. Monthly refills are optional.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Auto-delivery on a product page or in your cart and pick how often we deliver. Everything on the same schedule arrives together in one delivery and is charged automatically each time. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account, or call us at 973-742-0216.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 3 five-gallon bottles or 2 cases per order, and you can mix them — 2 bottles plus 1 case also works. A water cooler on its own has no minimum.
