Water

Bottled water (5-gallon bottles and cases) is a consumable product. Once it has been delivered in good condition, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it leaves for delivery. Call 973-742-0216 or email support@gracespringwater.com as soon as possible.

Damaged, leaking, wrong or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, leaking, not what you ordered or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We will replace it free of charge on your next delivery or refund it, whichever you prefer.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.
