These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.gracespringwater.com (the "Site") and to any order you place with Grace Spring Water ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us, including your delivery address and phone number, is accurate.

2. Delivery area and minimums

We only deliver to the ZIP codes listed on our Site. Orders are subject to the order minimum and delivery fees described in our Shipping Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Delivery fees and any applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the address is outside our delivery area, the product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Bottles and refills

A Refill order requires an empty 5-gallon bottle to exchange at delivery. A New bottle order includes the bottle, which becomes yours; on later deliveries we swap it for a full one. Please keep bottles clean and away from chemicals and direct sunlight.

6. Offers

Special offers, such as a cooler offer with free bottles, are subject to the terms shown with the offer, apply only while the offer is running, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be limited to one per household.

7. Product information

We try to describe our products accurately. Product descriptions are for general information only and are not medical advice.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
